FitCards Ultimate Ninja takes bodyweight exercise to its highest level. It provides a 52-card deck that displays various exercises with video demonstrations for you to follow. Four exercises are associated with a particular focus and are assigned to each suit. For example, diamonds represent push up variations, spades represent pull-up variations, clubs represent legs/abs, and hearts represent cardio/core exercises.

−52 playing cards that are randomly chosen to make your routine more interesting and to promote muscle confusion for optimum fitness results.
−20+ Exercises including “add your own” exercise option, so your options are endless.
- Example exercises include spiderman push ups, hindu push ups, ninja jump squats, pistol squats, pendulum knee raises, clapping pull ups, skull crusher pull ups, swinging plank, tripod switches and many more!
−Name your custom routines and save them (ex: upper body, core, lower body, cardio).
−Modify exercise option in order to decrease or increase exercise difficulty.
